HISTORY OF SAINT ANN PARISH, JANESVILLE, MN
CELEBRATING OUR 150TH YEAR IN 2026!
Our Church is named after Saint Ann, the Mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Ann and her husband, Joachim, were of the tribe of Judah of the house of David and lived in Nazareth.
Saint Ann is the patron of all Christian Mothers; her feast is July 26th.
We will celebrate our 150th Anniversary for the Church of Saint Ann this summer on July 19th, 2026. Please plan on joining us. More information soon!
We are a vibrant parish with a wonderful welcoming community!
We are grateful to Karen (Fury) Cruz for her extensive research into the history of Saint Ann Church, Saint Ann Church windows, statues, Priests and Vocations to the Priesthood, Sisterhood and Brotherhood and more.
