Saint Ann Faith Formation

Welcome to Saint Ann Faith Formation Program:

We are committed offering a high quality Catholic faith formation program and are grateful to our volunteer teachers who walk with our families in faith. There is no fee for our faith formation classes. Our classes start in October each year. Please register your child(ren) by September 1st. See fillable form below.

1st - 5th Grade

Will have school release time from 2:15 to 3 p.m. at the Parish Center on Wednesdays staring October 1st, according to our schedule.

We will be using the Loyola Press Faith Program.

First Communion and First Reconciliation are taught in 2nd Grade.

Faith Formation Dates - October 1st through April 1st

Time off will follow the JWP school calendar

6th - 10th Grade

Will have class 6:30 - 7:30 pm on Wednesdays at the Education Building starting October 1st according to the schedule below.
We will be using the Pflaum Gospel Weeklies Faith Program for 7th & 8th grade.
9th and 10th grade will be using the Chosen Program and will be Confirmed in the Spring.

11th & 12th Grade

Will have roles in special Masses and will be encouraged to join in youth activities.
